Our pig is expertly slow-roasted on the day of your event in our specialist roasting machine, ensuring exceptional flavour and tenderness. We arrive with it freshly prepared and present it in the roaster for an impressive centrepiece display.
It is then professionally carved and served sliced or pulled in a soft, artisan floured bap, accompanied by optional homemade sausage meat stuffing, rich traditional gravy, and handcrafted apple sauce.
